My Story
I pursued my career in the heath sector, in a variety of senior leadership roles including Chief Executive of three NHS Trusts and a role as National Director in Health Education.
I worked closely with, clinical colleagues, patients, the public and politicians to improve healthcare service delivery and meet the needs of people using health services. I have a background in People Management, General Management and Organisational Development. Development of people in the teams I led was key to our success.

Coaching Experience
I qualified as a Level 7 coach practitioner in 2017 and I am certified to practice by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
My greatest sense of achievement professionally has come from my coaching experiences. I have worked with a wide range of people from all walks of life and get great pleasure in seeing people, who I have coached, achieve things that they never thought they were capable of.
